First Generation

1. Nelson BLUNT was born about 1785. He appeared in the census in 1830 in Claiborne Parish, LA.¹ He died before 1840 in Claiborne Parish, LA. The connection has between Nelson Blunt and those I have listed as his children has not been proven. It is mere speculation on my part, but based on the fact that the Nelson name appears in several of the Blunt families researched herein.

Nelson BLUNT and Elizabeth __________ were married about 1820. Elizabeth __________ appeared in the census in 1840 in Claiborne Parish, LA.² Nelson BLUNT and Elizabeth __________ had the following children:
