Died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1987, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 30, a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Pride. Visiting at New Jerusalem Church, Grangeville, 10 a.m. until religious services at 3 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Ed Manchester. Burial in church cemetery. Survived by husband, Darryl G. Stubbs; parents, Gloria Hanna and Newell Ballard, Bowie, Md.; a daughter, Gloria Michelle Stubbs, Pride; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Bertie Hanna, Pride; and paternal grandparents, Harvey C. and Vernie Ballard. Preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Ernest Hanna. She was a member of New Jerusalem Church. Charlet Funeral Home, Zachary, in charge of arrangements.
She was buried on Oct 10, 1987 in New Jerusalem Church Cemetery, Grangeville, St. Helena Parish, LA.
