LEBLANC, BOBBIE LEE CALMES WATTS
A truck driver for Towers Transportation and a resident of St. Amant, she died
at 12:35 a.m. Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Lawrence,
Kan. She was 54 and a native of Flatwoods. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales,
from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday. Religious services at Holy Rosary Catholic Church,
St. Amant, at 1:30 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Bob Stine. Interment in
church cemetery. Survived by her husband, Adolph C. "A.C." LeBlanc
Jr., St. Amant; a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Barry Barbay, St. Amant;
a son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Maia Hill, Baton Rouge; adoptive parents,
Chaney and Lurline Calmes, Baton Rouge; four sisters and two brothers-in-law,
Arlene and Steve Achord, Charlene and David Templet, and Sue Lynn Allen, all
of Denham Springs, and Judy Brownlee, Flatwoods; four brothers, Glenn George
and Donnie George, both of Alexandria, Jimmy Muller, Shreveport, and John Powell,
Pollock; and three grandchildren, Alyse, Loryne and Alexander. Preceded in death
by her birth mother, Myrtis George Mayeaux; and a brother, Kenneth Mayeaux. Ourso
