DEAN, EDWARD HERMAN

Died 4:45 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 1990, at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home. He was 79, and a native of East Baton Rouge Parish. Visiting at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, 5 to 10 p.m. Friday, and 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Wilson Rawls, Rev. W.J. Holland, and the Rev. Norris Taylor. Burial in Dean Family Cemetery, Livingston. Survived by four sons, John H., Arthur Wayne, Douglas and Michael Dean, all of Holden; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three daughters-in-law, Mary J., Elenora, and Patsy Dean, all of Holden. Preceded in death by wife, Gladys Amy Dean; parents; a son; and a daughter. Pallbearers will be Edward, Vernon, Larry, Carlton and Timothy Dean, and Jeff Johnson. He was a member of Doyle Bible Baptist Church. He was buried on Jul 18, 1990 in Dean Cemetery, Holden, Livingston Parish, LA.

DEAN, Gladys Amy Lott

Died at noon Tuesday, July 6, 1982, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Visiting from 4 to 11 p.m. Wednesday at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston. Religious services at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Wilson Rawls and the Rev. W. J. Hollins. Burial in Dean Cemetery, Holden. Servived by her husband, Edward Dean; four sons, John, Arthur Wayne, Douglas and Michael; three sisters, Drusilla Hoover, Lessie Houze and Lois Ellzey; two brothers, Lloyd and Floyd Lott; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a son, Vernon Dean; a daughter, Elaine Dean; three sisters, Eddie (sic) Bankston, Levada Wagner and Bertha Barber; two brothers, Simmie and Sentel Lott; a daughter-in-law, Wallace Faye Dean. Pallbearers will be David and Julius Ellzey, Ed and Willie Missell, Kelly Jones and Ernest Brady. She was a member of Doyle Bible Baptist Church. She was buried on Jul 9, 1982 in Dean Cemetery, Holden, Livingston Parish, LA. Edward Herman DEAN and Gladys Amy LOTT had the following children:
