I James Coffee of the State of Tennessee and County of Jefferson, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being in sound and perfect mind and memory, Blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Marget Weir the sum of five dollars in property as it shall be valued.

Second, I do give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Smith the sum of five dollars in property as it shall be valued, which P. legacies or sums of money I will and order shall be paid to the P. respective legatees within twelve months after my decease.

Third I do give and, bequeath to my son Robert Coffee his heirs and assigns all that messuage or tenament or tract of land situate lying and being in the State and County aforesaid, together with all my other freehold and personal estate of every kind whatsoever to hold to him the P. Robert Coffee his heirs and assigns forever.

I do also appoint James Scott and James McCuiston jun Executors of this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me made in witness where of I have set my hand and affixed my seal this 13th Day of January in the Year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seven.
