This information is from the 1960's work of Everett Floyd White, a son of Nola and Sarah Elizabeth Boone White. Nola was born September 18, 1866 and died October 12, 1926 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Sarah died in Corpus Christi, Texas during the hurricane that devastated the Texas coast and that community on September 14, 1919.

The information was scanned and forwarded to me as a record for my own genealogy research, and to make them available to others who might be researching this White family. These records are from the files of Melvin White, a descendant of William White (1786-1872), through Hosea R, White, Ezekiel Barnabus White, and Ezekiel Barnabus White, Jr.

Nola White was a descendant of William White and Fanny Bishop through his son, Hosea R. White (1822-1896). Some information on Hosea, and his wife Elizabeth Grice (1834-1890) is included in these documents.

I descend from James R. Bishop, brother to Fanny Bishop, through his daughter Beneta Bishop who married Hugh Blunt. Their daughter, Amanda Blunt married James Monroe Braley, and they became the parents of Ora Elizabeth Braley, who became my grandmother through her marriage to Albert L. Coffee.

Anyone wishing greater detail on any of these families, or anyone willing to add to this genealogical work should contact Melvin, or me, Jack Coffee. I am always willing to share data that I have on any of the families in this genealogy work.
